For years, we have engaged in an organized effort to catch client discrepancies and prevent problems. We sincerely do not want a print job trashed, even if it is not our fault. Examples are: typos, wrong specifications, wrong quantities, ordering something that was just ordered, etc. Many, many print jobs have been saved from the trash heap because of alert Richtman's employees. We get to know our clients so well that if something seems not quite right, we spot it, and get it fixed - before it gets printed.
